Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy — how we handle your data.

Last updated March 9, 2026. This policy explains how Mora (a registered DBA of respired.io, Corp.) collects, uses, and protects personal information across the website and product experience.

Information Mora collects

Mora may collect information you submit directly, including your name, email address, company name, billing details, and any content you send through forms, demos, onboarding, or support requests. Mora may also collect account, workspace, and product usage data needed to operate and improve the service. When you visit the Mora website and accept optional cookies, Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) may collect anonymized usage data including page views, device type, and referral source to help understand how the site is used. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is not used to build individual advertising profiles.

Analytics and tracking

The Mora website uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Vercel Analytics is a privacy-focused tool that collects anonymized, aggregated metrics about site usage (page views, device and browser type, country, navigation patterns) and does not use cookies for analytics. Google Analytics 4 is used only when you accept optional analytics cookies via the cookie banner; it helps us understand how visitors use the site and may set cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Neither tool stores or shares personally identifiable information for advertising. The Mora site uses a cookie consent mechanism so you can control optional analytics; essential cookies that keep the site functioning are always active.

How Mora uses information

Mora uses information to operate the website and product, respond to inquiries, provide onboarding and support, improve product performance, protect the service, communicate product updates, and understand how people interact with content planning and publishing. Mora does not sell personal information to third parties. Mora does not use personal information for behavioral advertising or data brokering.

Sharing and service providers

Mora may share information with trusted service providers that support hosting, analytics, payments, customer communication, and infrastructure operations. Current infrastructure relies on services including Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4, only when you accept optional cookies), and other operational vendors as needed. These providers access information only as necessary to perform services on Mora's behalf and are contractually required to protect it. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies and tracking preferences

Mora uses essential cookies to keep the website and product functioning correctly, including session management and consent preferences. Optional analytics cookies (including for Google Analytics 4) are set only if you accept the cookie preference banner. You can withdraw or change cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or adjusting your browser settings. Refusing analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Mora website or product.

Retention and security

Mora keeps personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, Mora takes reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Mora uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security and Mora cannot warrant that information will never be accessed, disclosed, or lost.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (Mora does not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact Mora through the contact page.

Data transfers

Mora operates from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, information you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Mora's service providers operate. Mora takes reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Mora website and product are intended for business use by adults. Mora does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If Mora becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 16, it will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to this policy

Mora may update this privacy policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the website or product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
